Extravirgin Olive Oil with very high density and veiling. Intense green color with golden yellow reflections. Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent. Medium-intense, round and full fruity flavour. Balanced bitter and spicy with an aftertaste of green tomato and artichoke. It lends itself to fish-based cuisine but also to soups, white meats, cheeses and all naturally cooked dishes.
