A white wine of certain originality, the result of a short maceration on the skins and a long maceration, of at least 7 months, in large terracotta amphoraes. This is the 'Pithos', a wine with an ancestral taste, the result of a careful selection of Grecanico grapes. A white material wine that is generous, persistent and satisfying, with an intense yellow color and orange hues. On the nose it has notes of ripe and tropical yellow fruit, pear cider and olives. Enveloping and soft, despite the sweetness of its bouquet, it is a dry and full-bodied wine.
